The gym at Playland sports center was created with the goal of providing a personalized training experience. At the gym, we know that every trainee has their own needs and fitness goals. By providing group personal and Pilates services with a strict limit of six participants, we faithfully uphold our promise for a unique training experience. Additionally, the option of a personal session is provided for both trainees and athletes with a focus on rehabilitation and exercise. Our specialized staff is capable of meeting every need of the athlete/trainee.

  • Personal Training
    Individual training with one of our trainers in our facility's fully equipped gym.
  • Group Personal

    Personalized training in groups of up to 6 people. Includes strength training, cardio, postural training, dumbbells, TRX, machines, mobility.

  • Mat Pilates

The Pilates method was named after the German trainer Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a type of exercise based on training the mind and body, and on the control of breath and movement. His goal was to relieve patients from lower back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. The repertoire of exercises is extensive, utilizing auxiliary equipment (props) such as fit balls, pilates balls, rings, bands, and bricks. Pilates allows for the modification of exercises across difficulty levels, from beginner to advanced, while simultaneously serving the goals of every trainee.
